MEET DARREN AND KELLY ROMANO

Since 1994, Grey Gables has been owned and operated by the culinary team of Darren and Kelly Romano. Both are Culinary Institute of America graduates and Darren is ACF certified. Darren has spent time studying in New York City and in Switzerland; Kelly in Chicago and the greater Detroit area. Together they worked in Naples, Florida. Now moving into their 14th year, they have expanded their culinary offerings to include an upscale catering business. Kelly and Darren have been written about in numerous magazines including Gulf Shore Life, Traverse Magazine, Midwest Living, and Lakeland Boating where Grey Gables was named one of the top 5 restaurants on the Great Lakes.
